MS. VIVIAN SUN
Executive Director; Consultant - Listing Rules, Company Governance, General Compliance
Ms Sun has worked with a large state-owned listing company as its general counsel and company secretary (registered with the HK Stock Exchange). Prior to that position, she was the general counsel of an asset and security management company. She also served as the general counsel and chair assistant for a mining investment consulting firm with headquaters in Australia. Previously, she have been appointed as a director managing private equity projects for the family office of a large family group in Asia.
Ms. Sun received her LL.M. from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI) with its license of senior practioners, a member of the MAusIMM (The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy) and a member of the All Chinese Bar Association.
DR. DONG, DONNIE
Community Coordinator, Chief Researcher; General Compliance, IP & Data Governance
With over 15 years experiences in law and technology, intellectual property, data privacy and internet regulations, Dr. Dong has extensive experience in working with clients from industries of Fin-tech, luxury, mobile (software and hardware), internet services, entertainment and film, education and publication. He also managed external counsels in cross-border disputes in relation to trade, brand protection and investment. After 6 years practice and teaching (as a law school assistant professor), he joined Baker McKenzie (Hong Kong) and worked there for 7 years, and then he joined a leading mobile payment and micro-loan provider, overseeing the group's data privacy matters in the region of Asia Pacific.
Dr. Dong received two doctorate degrees. Being a Fulbright Scholar, he was a fellow with the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University (2009-2011). Currently, he is a visiting lecturer for the University of Hong Kong and a steering committee member of the Digital Asia Hub, a think tank collaborating senior professionals, enterprenours and academics from Asian countries. Dr. Dong is a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Hong Kong Law Soceity (2010-2018), a member of the AMCham, a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and a Member of the Hong Kong Data Protection Officer Club (DPOC).
MS. YUAN LU
Senior Consultant - Trust, Tax, Wealth Management & General Corporate
Ms. LU is admitted to practice as a lawyer in both New York and Hong Kong. She has served in a leadling international law firm and then a leading investment bank, accumulatively for over 15 years. She is specialized in tax plan for mutliple jurisdictions (PRC, Hong Kong and North America), trust and wealth management for high net-value individuals. She was also extensively exposed in transactions of pre-IPO plan, family office management, as well as M&A deals.
Ms. LU received a U.S. JD degree and an LL.M. degree (in tax law) from prestigous law schools. Currently, she is a solicitor member of the Hong Kong Law Society, and a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practioners.
MR. CHENG ZENG

Graduated from Georgetown University, Mr. Zeng had been an editor of the Food and Drug Law Journal.
MS. ALICE HUNG
Eminent Advisor: Asset management, corporation restructuring, venture capital and financial compliance
Ms. Hung has nearly 30 years of extensive experience in asset management, investment, corporate restructuring and financial management. She has been an executive director and Chief Financial Officer of a financial management company in at leading business group in Hong Kong, managing hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars of investment portfolio for the group. The asset portfolios she managed include stock market investment and private equity funds. She also served as Chief Operating Officer of an asset management company with Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission licenses No. 4 and No. 9. Her professional experience also includes previous management positions such as the director of American Express’ China-Hong Kong offices, the Chief Financial Officer and Director of i-Cable Group, in which she has accumulated extensive experience in the field of financial and corporation compliance related to asset management. In earlier stage of her career, Alice has worked with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, StarTV, Exxon Group, Chinese University of Hong Kong and other institutions.
Ms. Hung holds a BSc degree (Mgt) from the University of Hong Kong, a MSc degree in Marketing from the Napier University in Edinburg and a MBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and formerly member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute and The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, and a former member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
MR. T.S. DONG
Eminent Advisor - Mining Law & Asset Appraisal
With over 30 years experience, Mr. DONG is well-known nation-wide in the PRC mining and resource industry, with his capacity of advising mining law and mining asset appraisal issues. Being an appraisal consultant or a lawyer, he has involved nearly one thousand mining development or transaction projects.
Mr. Dong holds multiple licenses to be a lawyer (in PRC), a mining value appraiser, a land evaluator, a registered engineering consultant and a judial appraiser (PRC). He has published two books in mining law and mining rights.
